Bonbons of Death

A real fun selection for you all today. I have a few too many balls in the air at this precise moment in time to enjoy my usual level of discomfort so less of an upbeat motif seemed appropriate. I am an individual who favors planning and making decisions in advance before acting on them strategically. I am not always (see: rarely) successful in doing so. Such is the way of things.

There are a few different ways of looking on today’s work. If you guess them all, you win a bonbon.

Untitled, March 22, 2018.

Wasps fly free within your breast

Rapid stings throughout the chest

Sometimes even venture forth

Flit their wings and travel north

Searing fire into the brain

Redefines the worst of pain

Relief not here to be found

Fetal stance upon the ground.

First of all, I’m allergic to wasps, so the prospect of meeting the phantom chest varietal is extra terrifying. I don’t have much to say about the poem otherwise. Please draw your own conclusions as you will.

My apologies for the wonderfully crippling image of darkness and let’s all keep in mind that the sun is still shining.:)

An exceptional afternoon to everyone!

    Hey Alex.

I have only looked over your bog very briefly but your stuff is fantastic, I love it, I really appreciate the tone you have going here. Thanks for the follow too, by the way.

Actually, I really, really like the spin you put on it. Just watched the movie and thought it was really good.
